STAT. 19.84 OPEN MEETING LAW <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS - THREE MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER PERSON Don Hamilton <br /> stated the committee's willingness to fairly evaluate applications against multiple plans and the <br /> approval criteria in Chapter 30 promotes consistency and minimizes land use conflict. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA ORDER Motion to approve the agenda order was made by <br /> Supervisor Pearson, seconded by Supervisor Awe. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE APRIL 6, 2021, MEETING Motion to approve the <br /> minutes from the April 6, 2021, meeting was made by Supervisor Blomberg, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Conroy. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING County Surveyor/Land Information Director/Zoning Administrator Jason <br /> Towne read the Notice of Public Hearing as published in the Burnett County Sentinel on April <br /> 14 and 21, 2021. <br /> BURNETT COUNTY LAND USE /SHORELAND PROTECTION ORDINANCES <br /> MAP AMENDMENT #MAP-21-06 — ERICKSON To rezone the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, <br /> located in Section 15, T39N R17W, Town of Lincoln, from A-2 (Agricultural-Residential) to <br /> RR-3 (Residential-Recreation) zoning district. Zoning change requested by Kenneth Erickson. <br /> Details of the proposed revision are available at the Burnett County Land Services Department, <br /> the Burnett County Clerk's Office, and on the Burnett County website at <br /> http://www.burnettcounty.com/index.aspx?NID=1108. <br /> Maria Erickson stated they are planning for a future sale. They would keep as much acreage as <br /> they can and separate the existing dwellings and divide it into five-acre parcels. <br />
