Mr. Erickson put dwellings on <br /> the property and developed it into a residential area. This is on a black top road and there is <br /> power on both sides. They are asking to change it from A-2 zoning district to RR-3 district. They <br /> thought it would be consistent with the area and good use of the land. <br /> Public hearing opened. <br /> Mr. Towne stated the Town of Lincoln does not approve the request. <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> Public hearing closed. <br /> Supervisor Conroy stated this is a non-shoreline request. He noted the manufactured home is just <br /> barely on the edge of the 20-acre parcel dividing line. They could divide the 20-acres into 3 <br /> parcels. They could not approve this request due to the fact the Town of Lincoln is not in favor <br /> of the request. <br /> Burnett County Staff Report Item — If considering approval then the following item(s) may be <br /> included in the motion; these are part of the guidelines from the staff: <br /> 1. Carport structure at 26311 Thoma Road to obtain a Land Use Permit by 6/1/2021. <br /> 2. Two dwelling issue to be resolved by 8/1/2021. <br /> 3. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> Motion to deny Map Amendment #MAP-21-06 — Erickson due to the corresponding letter from <br /> the Town of Lincoln not being in favor of the request was made by Supervisor Awe, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Conroy.
