Land Use and Information Committee Meeting <br /> May 4, 2021 <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br /> Mark Krause stated they went to the Town of Lincoln meeting. Mr. Erickson put dwellings on <br /> the property and developed it into a residential area. This is on a black top road and there is <br /> power on both sides. They are asking to change it from A-2 zoning district to RR-3 district. They <br /> thought it would be consistent with the area and good use of the land. <br /> Public hearing opened. <br /> Mr. Towne stated the Town of Lincoln does not approve the request. <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> Public hearing closed. <br /> Supervisor Conroy stated this is a non-shoreline request. He noted the manufactured home is just <br /> barely on the edge of the 20-acre parcel dividing line. They could divide the 20-acres into 3 <br /> parcels. They could not approve this request due to the fact the Town of Lincoln is not in favor <br /> of the request. <br /> Burnett County Staff Report Item — If considering approval then the following item(s) may be <br /> included in the motion; these are part of the guidelines from the staff: <br /> 1. Carport structure at 26311 Thoma Road to obtain a Land Use Permit by 6/1/2021. <br /> 2. Two dwelling issue to be resolved by 8/1/2021. <br /> 3. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> Motion to deny Map Amendment #MAP-21-06 — Erickson due to the corresponding letter from <br /> the Town of Lincoln not being in favor of the request was made by Supervisor Awe, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Conroy. Roll call vote: Supervisor Pearson, yes; Supervisor Paden, yes; Supervisor <br /> Blomberg, yes; Supervisor Anderson, yes; Supervisor Awe, yes; Supervisor Conroy, yes; <br /> Chairman Bickford, yes. Yes, 7; no, 0; absent, 0. Motion carried,roll call vote. <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-21-07 — SHAREIT, LLC Public notice is hereby <br /> given to all persons in the Town of Oakland, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Will Janssen and <br /> John Jacobs representing Shareit, LLC, dba Dufours Campground have made application for a <br /> conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land Use and Shoreland Protection <br /> Code of Ordinances to increase the size of decks/patios/screen porches/sheds in the existing <br /> campground, up to a maximum total of 288 square feet for all decks/patios/screen porches for <br /> each camp site and up to a maximum total of 120 square feet for all sheds for each camp site,this <br /> would apply to all 135 campsites, located at 29221 Hayden Lake Rd Ext, on the Yellow River <br /> aka Danbury Flowage, in the RR-3 zoning district, Lot 1 CSM V. 27 Pg. 306, in the SE 'A of the <br /> SW 'A and the SW 'A of the SW 'A of section 5 and the SE 'A of the SE 'A of Section 6, T4ON <br /> R16W. <br /> Will Janssen acquired the existing campground in 2019. With this conditional use permit, they <br /> would pay for appropriate permits and be compliant. They will take care of the structures with <br /> the setback issue. All sheds would be in compliance. <br /> Supervisor Awe questioned if they would be grandfathered in. <br />
