Land use and Zoning Committee: <br /> Richard and Debra Kranz property owners at 2631 Pine Knoll Rd Danbury WI would like you to consider <br /> our application for Short Term Rentals at our property. We have had friends and family stay at our home <br /> over the last few years and would like the opportunity to have them stay there moving forward. Both <br /> my Parents(Jim and Pam Kranz 715-259-3041) and my aunt and uncle ( Bob and Cindy Kranz) live on <br /> the lake and are there for most of the summer and early fall. Many of their friends would like to come <br /> visit and have a place to stay while they're there. We have 4 teenage sons that are busy with many <br /> activities and we're not always able to make it to the cabin so it sits empty at times.We would not want <br /> to rent the property year round but would like to rent as much as 12 weeks total throughout the year. <br /> We would share with any renters all of our Lake Association rules and expect them to follow them <br /> accordingly.We would also share with them the trash and recycling location so there would be no issue <br /> with trash. We would make sure that everyone is respectful while staying at our property and would <br /> abide by normal Cabin Life rules. <br /> 1) All vehicles must be parked on property <br /> 2) All Lake rules must be followed <br /> 3) All people to be respectful with noise afterhours 10:00 P.M.Weeknights and 11:00 Weekends <br /> 4) My Father can be reached at 715-259-3041 in case of any issues <br /> 5) We drafted a Rental agreement which I have included a copy of for any renters <br /> 6) We can provide Burnett County zoning with the names and contact information of renters if <br /> they would like it <br /> Thank you for your consideration, <br /> Rick Kranz <br />
