Rental Agreement <br /> 1) A reservation deposit equal to 25%of the rental rate is required to hold the desired <br /> dates. The deposit will be applied toward the total cabin rental fee. Please make <br /> payments in the form of cashier's checks or personal checks made out to <br /> Debbie Kranz. The reservation deposit is not a damage deposit. <br /> The balance of rent is due at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. <br /> 2) A damage deposit of$500 is required 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. The damage <br /> deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable with 14 days of <br /> departure, provided the following provisions are met. <br /> *No damage is done to the cabin or contents, beyond normal wear and tear. <br /> *All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in bags and refuse containers in the <br /> garage. <br /> *AH dishes are cleaned. <br /> *All keys are left in the lock box acrd cabin is left locked. <br /> 3)Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. <br /> 4) Check in time is after 3 P.M. and Checkout time is10 A.M. (Other arrangements <br /> need prior approval to make sure the cabin is ready for you and other guests.) <br /> 5) This is a non-smoking cabin. <br /> 6) Pets are not permitted; unless with prior approval. <br /> 7) Linens and bath towels are included in the cabin. Daily maid service is not provided. <br /> There is a washer and dryer available for you to use during your stay. We will wash the <br /> linens and towels after you leave, as well. <br /> 8) The cabin is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries <br /> or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not <br /> responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
