a) Complies with the requirements of the applicable zoning district <br /> b)Use and density are consistent with the intent,purpose, and policies of the applicable <br /> preferred land use classification <br /> c)Use and site design are compatible with adjacent uses in terms of aesthetics, scale,hours of <br /> operation,traffic generation, lighting,noise, odor,dust, vibration, and other external impacts <br /> d)Does not diminish property values in the surrounding neighborhood <br /> e)Provides assurance of continuing maintenance <br /> f)Addresses parking and site layout requirements <br /> The Wilderness Fellowship Ministries has a rural mixed use/Hamlet as they have a few pasture- <br /> raised farm animals, maintain hay crops, tap Maple trees for making maple syrup to sell while <br /> providing quiet tourism and community faith-based events in a fashion that strengthens their <br /> identity and preserves our rural character. <br /> In compliance with the Town of Trade Lake 2030 Comprehensive Plan, the Town of Trade Lake <br /> Board is to give Burnett County input and recommendations regarding the proposed site plans <br /> that will go before the Burnett County Land Use Committee and the Burnett County Board. <br /> In reviewing the addition of the proposed site prayer cabins with the Town of Trade Lake 2030 <br /> Comprehensive Plan, the Town of Trade Lake Board is satisfied that the proposal from The <br /> Wilderness Fellowship Ministries complies with and is consistent with the intent,purpose, and <br /> policies of the Comprehensive Plan <br /> The proposed plan designs are compatible with adjacent uses in terms of aesthetics, scale, hours <br /> of operation, traffic generation, lighting, noise, odor, dust, vibration, and other external impacts; <br /> does not diminish property values in the surrounding neighborhood;Provides assurance of <br /> continuing maintenance and Addresses parking and site layout requirements. <br /> Therefore, The Town of Trade Lake board unanimously recommends approval of the CUP <br /> provided from The Wilderness Fellowship Ministries. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Ramona Moody, Town of Trade Lake Chairperson <br /> September 10, 2021 Page 15 of 5 <br />
