If the card is lost during your stay a fee of$20.00 will <br /> be charged. <br /> The Oakland Collection center(OCC) is located at 28558 French Road, <br /> approximately five miles south of Danbury. From State Highway 35,turn west on <br /> County Road U, then turn north on French Road and drive 9/10th of a mile to the <br /> OCC. We have a red card that allows access free once per week. <br /> 8. Property Access: Entry into the property is by electronic key. The code will be sent <br /> to you once this contract and other information has been returned to property owners <br /> signed, and final payment made. Entry code is for both entry door and security <br /> system. Your code is only active during your stay. Typically this code will be sent <br /> to you about one week before you arrival.Note: there is no access to detached <br /> garage during your stay. <br /> 9. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair <br /> and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable <br /> manner. If the homeowner is unable to repair/inspect, our caretaker,who lives <br /> locally, will be contacted to act in our place. His name and information will be <br /> included on the information sheet that is sent out one week before your arrival. <br /> 10. Insurance: Guest are required to pay for rental insurance through Vacation rental by <br /> owner(VRBO). Cost is posted on booking confirmation agreement. If damage <br /> occurs of property during your stay please call property owners immediately. If the <br /> premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner <br /> immediately. <br /> 11. Payment: All payments must be made through VRBO. Payments can be done <br /> through pay pal or credit card.
