For good and valuable <br /> consideration,the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Pro a The property is located at: 27518 Reitz Road, Webster Wisconsin 54893 <br /> The property is furnished and includes: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, <br /> washer, dryer, electric fireplace, 3 digital TVs, DVD/VCR, Stereo equipment, bumper <br /> pool table, linens, towels,paddle boat, gas grill, charcoal grill, pots/pan,coffee pot, crock <br /> pots,plates,cups, glasses,and all household items. <br /> Pontoon is available for rental at an additional charge. Lifejackets are available. <br /> Although we have some child size lifejackets it is your responsibility to provide a <br /> lifejacket for children. See rental quote for details. <br /> 2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the following persons: All <br /> persons staying at the property need to be listed. There must be at least one person <br /> over the age of 30 years staying at the property and must sign this agreement. No <br /> family reunions, or parties without consent of property owners. Violation of this <br /> will result in immediate canceling of this agreement, guest will be asked to leave the <br /> property immediately, and no refund will be given. <br /> 3. The lease begins at p.m. on (the "Check-in <br /> Date") and ends at a.m. on (the "Checkout Date"). <br /> 5. Pets: Guest pets must be approved prior to arrival. Owners are expected to <br /> supervise pets at all times and keep the pet(s)within the rental property. All pet <br /> waste must be cleaned up and thrown away. No pets on the furniture or in the <br /> bedrooms. <br /> 6. Quiet hours: With respect to our neighbors, it is important to follow the following <br /> quiet hours. Weekdays: Sunday–Thursday 9pm evening to the following morning <br /> 8am. Friday and Saturday evening quiet time starts at l Opm through Sam the <br /> following morning. <br /> 7. Trash: We do not have trash service at the property. Renters will need to take their <br /> trash home with them. No trash can be stored outside.
