Eric Swyers reported that he believed his neighbor had come onto his property and was taking pictures of his residence. Further investigation revealed that it was not his neighbor and it was Jason Towne with the Burnett County Zoning Department. NARRATIVE I arrived and met with Mr. Swyers and his wife, Mrs. Timberlake. Mr. Swyer told me that they had issues in the past with their neighbor staring at his wife when she was in a bathing suit and walking to the lake. He also told me that they suspected their neighbor of stealing bikini bottoms that had been hanging on the clothes line during the summer. Mr. Swyer said due to this they put up an 8 ft. privacy fence between the properties. Mr. Swyer said he had gotten out of the shower and saw two people standing on their property near the fence that buts to the lake. He said the two males were taking pictures of their residence. They said they were unable to identify the males because they were wearing masks. Mr. Swyer said that the males went to the neighbors house and then left in a grey pick up truck. Ms. Timberlake said that they had to make some adjustments to the fence because of zoning
