It was noted that this conditional permit was granted subject to the following:
review to be done in 6 months to address complaints (if any); follow up in one year, DNR will be asked
to give input on noise and air quality, and no further expansion of the buildings. No complaints have
been received so no review was needed at 6 months, however, since it has been a year, a follow up will
need to be done. Flanigan will write a letter to the owner to ask him to attend the March Zoning
Committee Meeting in order to perform a yearly review of;this operation. Flanigan will also contact
the DNR to review the input on noise and air quality.
Luther Point
The Committee reviewed a letter that was received by Craig Corbin of Luther Point Bible Camp asking
for approval of moving the family cabins so they are conforming structures. Discussion was held on
whether a conditional permit would be needed. Flanigan will talk to Corporation Counsel to see if the
camp could move these cabins beyond the 75-foot setback without a conditional permit.
