At this time I <br /> was not aware that a sanitary permit for a holding tank had already been issued and site <br /> approved for holding tank by the State and our office. The holding tank can be permitted <br /> and installed as per permit. <br /> Your building plans also requested grading toward the lake for ramp access or drive <br /> under garage. We cannot permit any grading within 50 feet of the ordinary high water <br /> mark. The cutting and removal of trees and natural vegetation along the lake is also <br /> restricted. (See enclosed Shoreline Development Guide). All excavation and grading <br /> must be at least 50 feet from the ordinary high water mark of the lake. <br /> The road setback as staked will be accepted.
