,
The following orders must be completed by 12/31/2017.
1. The unapproved filter basins must be inspected and have a permit applied for by a
master plumber. This will require an after the fact sanitary permit fee of$750.
2. A master plumber must certify that the sanitary system is in usable condition.
3. Servicing on all sanitary systems must be completed by a license septage hauling
company.
4. The shed placed on top of the drainfield is to be removed or relocated via land use
permit.
You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower left
of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back. If you pay
the citation, your appearance is not necessary.
The payment of the forfeiture does not eliminate the need to comply with the terms of the
Ordinance or to remove any unauthorized development or mitigate any environmental damage
caused by the violation.
If you have questions feel free to contact our department at any time. Our office hours are
Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:30.
Sincerely,
94-'4- -'--
Jason Towne
Zoning Administrator
