3- Parcel was subdivided in 2021 so I assume the owner wanted it to be a dwelling instead of a <br /> bunkhouse. Item b from above. <br /> 4- Looks like items c, d and e have not been completed yet. <br /> Yes Burnett County has been involved in this process for the last few years, owner completed items a and b. Still need <br /> to complete items c, d and e. We should not have issued the short-term rental permit last year without items c, d and e <br /> being completed. I do apologize for that error. This is a complicated situation and untypical for all of us. <br /> Since we charged $300 for that permit, and should not of issued it, we can consider that$300 as payment for the <br /> dwelling land use permit (item c from above). <br /> What we need to wrap up this process is: <br /> A- You need to contact your UDC Inspector to see if a building permit should have been required at the time <br /> this was converted from bait shop to dwelling. Their response needs to be send to me via email or letter so we <br /> have it in writing for the file. Item d above. <br /> B- Complete a land use permit application for a dwelling. We will apply the fee from last year to this permit, <br /> so no additional payment would be needed. Item c above.
