STAT. 19.84 OPEN MEETING LAW <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS - THREE MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER PERSON There were none. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA ORDER Motion to approve the agenda order was made by <br /> Supervisor Conroy, seconded by Supervisor Paden. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 7, 2023, MEETING Motion to approve <br /> the minutes of the February 7, 2022, meeting was made by Supervisor Blomberg, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Conroy. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING County Surveyor/Land Information Director/Zoning Administrator Jason <br /> Towne read the Notice of Public Hearing as published in the Burnett County Sentinel on March <br /> 1 and 8, 2023. <br /> BURNETT COUNTY LAND USE/SHORELAND PROTECTION ORDINANCES <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-23-01 — KRAMER & LAMBRECHT Public notice <br /> is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Jackson, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Jennifer <br /> Kramer and Craig Lambrecht have made an application for a conditional use permit per the <br /> terms of the Burnett County Land Use and Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances to operate a <br /> sports vehicle track and sports vehicle trails, located at 5349 County Rd A, in the A-2 zoning <br /> district, the N '/2 of the SE '/ of the SW '/, Section 32, T4ON, Rl 5W. <br /> Craig Lambrecht started clearing it up with people that this isn't a public motorcross track with <br /> races and is not a business.
