Deny this CUP. <br /> Supervisor Conroy questioned Mr. Towne if there were citations given out. <br /> Mr. Towne stated there were. <br /> Supervisor Conroy questioned the applicant about hours. <br /> Mr. Lambrecht stated they want to ride on Tuesdays and Saturdays for five hours each day. <br /> Supervisor Conroy questioned Mr. Lambrecht about Facebook posts about coming over to ride. <br /> Mr. Lambrecht stated this is for his family and friends and not open to the public. <br /> Supervisor Conroy stated this is right next to property lines. <br /> Mr. Lambrecht stated after they received some fines they quit soliciting. <br /> Supervisor Conroy questioned how to differentiate between family and friends. He stated the <br /> neighbor with the spa blends in with the neighborhood and this does not. This is not in <br /> compliance with the comprehensive plan. People can call in public nuisance. <br /> Mr. Lambrecht questioned if he could bring friends over for shooting. Asked about friends and <br /> family riding dirt bikes. <br /> Supervisor Conroy stated if he started bringing in people, he would need a wastewater treatment <br /> plan. <br /> Supervisor Karen Laqua Anderson questioned if he worked with the Town of Jackson. <br /> Mr. Lambrecht stated he would have to go to the next Town of Jackson meeting. <br /> Chairman Bickford questioned whom he considers residents. <br /> Mr. Lambrecht stated anyone who resides on the property. <br /> Public hearing closed. <br /> Burnett County Staff Report Item — If considering approval then the following item(s) may be <br /> included in the motion; these are part of the guidelines from the staff: <br /> 1. Sanitary system to be serviced and reported to the county 7/1/2023. <br /> 2. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> 3. The applicant is proposing hours of operation to be on Tuesdays from 3:00 p.m. to <br /> 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (These hour restrictions are <br /> only applicable to non-resident users). <br /> 4. The applicant is proposing limited operation during various hunting seasons (see <br /> application). <br /> 5. Any other conditions the committee determines are applicable to this request. <br />
