In attendance:John and Carolyn <br /> Stoerzinger,Tom and Tina Shear, Derek and Tracy Hansen, Mike Wagner and his wife,Anne <br /> Clancy and Sheryl Brown <br /> Minutes: <br /> Minutes for the 05/23/2022 meeting read by Tracy(see attached sheet)topics below <br /> • vote for board directors <br /> • docks <br /> • mowing/plowing <br /> • spring cleanup/leaves <br /> • association account <br /> • improvement/land survey <br /> • traffic letter <br /> • lock on dumpster <br /> • cleaning up shoreline <br /> • next meeting <br /> Old Business: (further discussion on the old business) <br /> • Mike asked about dumpster lock-codes were provided to him for the dumpster and the <br /> association shed by the lake <br /> • The board had appointment Tracy Hansen as secretary in Gabrielle Boehm's absent until <br /> the next scheduled meeting for association voting of the position. <br /> New Business: <br /> • Vote for secretary <br /> Tracy Hansen was nominated for secretary by John Stoerzinger-president and was <br /> seconded by Tina Shear-secretary-motion passed unanimously in favor of <br />
