It was stated that the positions of the board are active for 3 years. It was determined <br /> that instead of having the secretary run on an off year as a single position vote that all <br /> positions will be voted on again in 2025. <br /> • Date install docks <br /> John Stoerzinger- indicated May 20th would be install date. It was mentioned by Tracy <br /> Hansen that hers and Derek's dock shared with unit 4-Anne Clancy was installed already <br /> • Mowing this summer <br /> Tina mentioned that it will stay the same as the previous year. Greg Hess will <br /> still mow 4 times and will be paid by association funds <br /> • Clean up <br /> John Stoerziner mentioned clean will happen May 20th with the dock installation. <br /> Mike Wagner wasn't sure he could be there, but would try to see if his son, <br /> Jamie, could make it to help. Tina Shear and Tracy Hansen mentioned that they <br /> already did clean up by their areas the weekend prior May 6. Sheryl Brown <br /> wasn't sure if anyone from their cabin would be there or not. Anne thought that <br /> would work. <br /> • Plat map <br /> The proposed plat map was emailed to everyone at 3:39 pm prior to the meeting <br /> and then was voted on for approval. It passed with a 5 to 1 vote.The vote was <br /> as follows: <br /> John Stoerzinger-yes <br /> Tracy Hansen-yes <br /> Tina Shear-yes <br /> Anne Clancy-yes <br /> Mike Wagner-yes <br /> Sheryl Brown-refused to vote marked as a no <br /> • Lawyer was hired by the board <br /> He will record the plat, declarations, add amendments and update by laws. <br /> Sheryl asked for the name of lawyer and city he is from-the information was <br /> provided- Ethan Miller out of Madison, WI. <br /> • New dues fee/one time cost lawyer <br /> It was voted to keep the annual association dues the same at$800.00/year. The <br /> cost and fees for the lawyer and surveying company will be split equally by all 6 <br /> unit owners. This vote was passed unanimously <br />
