STAT. 19.84 OPEN MEETINGS LAW <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS -THREE MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER PERSON There were none. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA ORDER Motion to approve the agenda order was made by <br /> Supervisor Chuck Anderson, seconded by Supervisor Paden. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 1, 2023, MEETING Motion to approve the <br /> minutes of the August 1, 2023, meeting was made by Supervisor Blomberg, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Paden. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> FINAL ACTION ON #MAP-23-06: HOPKINS SAND & GRAVEL—REZONE FROM A-2 <br /> TO I-1 Mr. Towne stated we have not received correspondence from the Town of Siren. Motion <br /> to wait and continue final action on#MAP-23-06 Hopkins Sand & Gravel until after the Town of <br /> Siren has made a decision on revising their comprehensive plan was made by Supervisor <br /> Conroy, seconded by Supervisor Blomberg. Motion carried,voice vote. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING County Surveyor/Land Information Director/Zoning Administrator Jason <br /> Towne read the Notice of Public Hearing as published in the Burnett County Sentinel on July 26 <br /> and August 2, 2023. <br /> BURNETT COUNTY LAND USE/SHORELAND PROTECTION ORDINANCES <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-23-08 — BORG Public notice is hereby given to all <br /> persons in the Town of Oakland, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Charles Borg has made an <br /> application for a conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land Use Code of <br /> Ordinances to expand the rental storage facility, located at 27816 Lone Pine Rd, in the A-2 <br /> zoning district, Lot 1 CSM Vol. 3 Pg. 177, in the SE '/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 29, T4ON, R16W. <br /> Charles Borg stated he has requested a permit for construction of a 24' x 24' garage addition. <br />
