September 5,2023 <br /> Page3of7 <br /> Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances to construct two rental storage buildings on the parcel <br /> with tax id # 36192, in the A-2 zoning district, Lot 1 CSM Vol. 29 Pg. 171, in Government Lot <br /> 1, Section 6, T38N, R14W. <br /> Applicant withdrew conditional Use Permit#CUP-23-13 —Taylor. <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-23-14 —LARRABEE Public notice is hereby given to <br /> all persons in the Town of Oakland, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Wayne Larrabee has made <br /> an application for a conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land Use and <br /> Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances to allow a single family dwelling in the exclusive <br /> agricultural district, located at 6355 Bushey Rd, in the A zoning district, in the NW 1/4 of the NE <br /> 1/4, Section 26, T4ON, R16W. <br /> Wayne Larrabee has requested to redraw some lines on his property. His daughter would like to <br /> build on this property. Mr. Larrabee stated he would redraw the 10 acre parcel so she is not <br /> responsible for the pump house and fencing. <br /> Mr. Towne explained the dwelling would be in exclusive agriculture. <br /> Mr. Larrabee explained there is a 10-acre parcel and a 26-acre parcel where the lines will be <br /> redrawn. <br /> Mr. Towne explained there is a letter from the Town of Oakland that approves this. <br /> Public hearing open. <br /> Don Hamilton recommended the committee give a favorable consideration as there is plenty of <br /> land to build a house. This request follows the comprehensive plan. <br /> Public hearing closed. <br /> Burnett County Staff Report Item — If considering approval then the following item(s) may be <br /> included in the motion; these are part of the guidelines from the staff: <br /> 1. Land use permit to be obtained for the new dwelling prior to construction. <br /> 2. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> Motion to approve Conditional Use Permit #CUP-23-14 — Larrabee and to include staff <br /> recommendations was made by Supervisor Laqua Anderson, seconded by Supervisor Blomberg. <br /> Roll call vote: Supervisor Shimanski, yes; Supervisor Blomberg, yes; Supervisor Laqua <br /> Anderson, yes; Supervisor Chuck Anderson, yes; Supervisor Paden, yes; Supervisor Conroy, <br /> yes; Chairman Bickford,yes. Motion carried,roll call vote. <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-23-15 — NORTHWESTERN WI ELECTRIC CO <br /> Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Webb Lake, Burnett County, <br /> Wisconsin, that Northwestern Wisconsin Electric Company has made an application for a <br /> conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land Use Code of Ordinances to <br /> operate a 2.5 Megawatt solar generation facility, located at 3171 Lake 26 Rd, in the F-1 zoning <br /> district, in the NW '/4 of the SE '/4, Section 29, T41N,R14W. <br />
