LAKE HOME RENTAL RULES <br /> It is understood and agreed between all parties, that Renter and all occupants and guests of Renter will abide by <br /> the Agreement and the following Lake Home Rental Rules for the duration of the Agreement, and that any <br /> breach thereof will forfeit all payments and Deposits. Additionally at the Owner's option, give Owner the right <br /> to declare this Agreement terminated, upon which Owner shall have the right to re-enter the Property. Renter <br /> shall thereafter have the immediate obligation to vacate the Property and,in such event, agrees to forfeit all <br /> payments and Deposits made on account of this Agreement and waive any rights and remedies Renter may <br /> possess hereunder: <br /> • Host Contacts. Gary 218-390-9886,Linda 218-940-3398. <br /> •Fire. 911 non emergency 715-866-7909 <br /> • Police. 911 non emergency 715-866-4211 <br /> - State of Wisconsin. 608-224-4923 License. # 138 NWOR-CM3HV8 <br /> • Burnett County. 715-349-2109 License. # <br /> SMOKING. Smoking is NOT allowed in the Lake Home. Out side only. Please clean up any ash trays or <br /> discarded butts. <br /> ILLEGAL DRUGS. There shall be no use or possession of illegal drugs by renter or renter's invitees on the <br /> Property at any time. <br /> . GUESTS. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. <br /> Any other person in or on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest listed as the renter. Only the guests <br /> listed on the rental contract may use and enjoy the property and lake home. At no time will additional people be <br /> allowed in or on premises. Maximum occupancy for renting the home with in the base price of the rental fee is <br /> 11 people. Additional guests raising the total occupancy up to maximum will be at an additional charge of <br /> $25.00 per person per night and must be listed on the contract filled in by the renter. <br /> LIABILITY. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the <br /> premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables <br /> of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any <br /> harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. <br /> PETS. Pets are NOT allowed. As mentioned any violation of this rule will void agreement and forfeit Deposits. <br /> LINENS. Bed linens and Kitchen towels are provided for Renter's use. Bed linens and towels will not be <br /> changed during the Term. Owner will provide an initial starter supply of hand soap, toilet tissue, trash bags and <br /> bleach for sanitization. Owner makes no guarantees that the supply of any of these will be enough to last the <br /> entire Term, and any additional items must be provided by Renter at Renter's expense. <br /> EXCESSIVE USE: At no time will renter be allowed to fill up portable pools, continually run water for water <br /> slides, Sprinklers, Boat or Car washing or any other excessive water use. At no time will renter be allowed to <br /> continually run electricity for power tools, Portable Blowup machines or anything creating excessive use and <br /> resulting in larger than the homes normal house hold energy use. <br /> SEPTIC. The home is on a septic systems. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No <br /> feminine products,personal hygiene wipes even if labeled flushable or any other products should <br /> be flushed at anytime.Everything must go in the trash can and be disposed of in the large garbage <br /> cans located by the garage. <br />
