Motion carried, roll call vote. <br /> MAP AMENDMENT #MAP-24-06 — ERICKSON FAMILY INVESTMENTS, LLC AND <br /> WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION To rezone Lot 1 and Lot 2 CSM <br /> Vol. 13 Pg. 35 in the SW '/ of the SW 'A Section 33, T39N, R16W located in the Town of <br /> Meenon, from C-1 (Commercial) to RR-RC (Residential Recreation—Recreational Commercial) <br /> zoning district. Zoning change requested by Ken Erickson on behalf of Erickson Family <br /> Investments. <br /> Kenneth Erickson has requested to rezone a piece of property he owns to RR-RC in able to apply <br /> for a small campground on the property. Mr. Erickson stated he reached out to the Department of <br /> Transportation (DOT) as an adjoining property owner and they have agreed to rezone their <br /> property so there would be ten acres of property eligible for inclusion so he could rezone to RR- <br /> RC. <br /> Chairman Conroy explained you need to have 10 acres to rezone to RR-RC.
