June 4, 2024 <br /> Page 4 of 8 <br /> MAP AMENDMENT#MAP-24-05 — BURNETT COUNTY FOREST To rezone the West '/2 <br /> of the NW '/, and the West '/2 of the SW 'A except CSM Vol. 8 Pg. 134 all being in Section 29; <br /> to rezone all of Section 30; to rezone Government Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, the <br /> West %2 of Government Lot 9, and that part of Government Lot 8 lying North of County Rd A <br /> (the prior location of County Rd A) all being in Section 31, T4ON, R15W located in the Town of <br /> Jackson, from W-1 (Resource Conservation) to F-1 (Forestry) zoning district. Zoning change <br /> requested by Susan Tollander on behalf of Burnett County. <br /> Details of the proposed revision are available at the Burnett County Land Services Department, <br /> the Burnett County Clerk's Office, and on the Burnett County website at <br /> http://burnettcountywi.gov/1108/Zoning-Division. <br /> Susan Tollander representing the Burnett County Forest and Parks has requested to rezone a <br /> block of County Forest from conservation to forestry to potentially add new campsites and add a <br /> camper cabin. There are some snowmobile trails and bike trails in this section. <br /> Public hearing open. <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> Public hearing closed. <br /> Burnett County Staff Report Item — If considering approval then the following item(s) may be <br /> included in the motion;these are part of the guidelines from the staff: <br /> 1. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> Motion to recommend Map Amendment #MAP-24-05 —Burnett County Forest to County Board <br /> and to include staff recommendations was made by Supervisor Chuck Anderson, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Blomberg. Motion carried, roll call <br /> vote. <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-24-11 — SIRINEK Public notice is hereby given to all <br /> persons in the Town of Union, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Scott Sirinek has made an <br /> application for a conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land Use and <br /> Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances to allow a camping unit for up to three (3) years on the <br /> parcel located at 27954 County Rd FF, in the RR-1 zoning district, Lot 1 CSM Vol. 26 Pg. 281, <br /> Section 26, T4ON, R17W. <br /> Scott Sirinek has requested to have their RV on the property. This is his second request. <br /> Chairman Conroy asked if they plan on building. <br /> Mr. Sirinek stated they are currently working with contractors to build. The intention is to have it <br /> completed in three years. <br /> Mr. Towne stated they already have a septic system installed for a three bedroom home. <br /> Public hearing open. <br />
