Illegal structures do not qualify for these points. Exempt structures (boathouse, stair/walkway. <br /> etc)do not qualify for these points. <br /> T. Installation of glitters on all structures on the lot/parcei and divert ail gutter water to a rain garden <br /> located on the same lot/parcel or storm water treatment device located on the same lot/parcel (3.0 <br /> points). Rain garden or storm water treatment device must be designed by a Wisconsin licensed <br /> professional engineer and the engineer must sign off after construction that it was built according to the <br /> plans. Maintenance on the rain garden or storm water treatment device must be performed as required. <br /> Rain garden or storm treatment device must be able to handle and treat a 10 yr storm event. This type of <br /> mitigation in section 17(6)(I)can he excluded from the impervious surface calculation in section 13.2. <br /> J. Divert all water from gutters, driveways, patios, sidewalks and all other impervious surfaces on the <br /> lot/parcel to a rain garden located on the same lot/parcel or storm water treatment device located on the <br /> same lot/parcel (4.0 points). Rain garden or storm water treatment device must be designed by a <br /> Wisconsin licensed professional engineer and the engineer must sign off after construction that it was <br /> built according to the plans. Maintenance on the rain garden or storm water treatment device must be <br /> performed as required. Rain garden or storm treatment device must be able to handle and treat a 10 yr <br /> storm event.
