STAT. 19.84 OPEN MEETINGS LAW <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS -THREE MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER PERSON There were none. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA ORDER Motion to approve the agenda order was made by <br /> Supervisor Laqua-Anderson, seconded by Supervisor Shimanski. Motion carried,voice vote. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 5, 2024, MEETING Motion to approve <br /> the minutes of the November 5, 2024 meeting with the correction to change the words from <br /> mobile home to manufactured home park, was made by Supervisor Blomberg, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Tucker. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING County Surveyor/Land Information Director/Zoning Administrator Jason <br /> Towne read the Notice of Public Hearing as published in the Burnett County Sentinel on October <br /> 30 and November 6, 2024. <br /> BURNETT COUNTY LAND USE/SHORELAND PROTECTION ORDINANCES <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-24-27 — YELLOW LAKE LUTHERAN CHURCH <br /> Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Oakland, Burnett County, Wisconsin, <br /> that Yellow Lake Lutheran Church has made an application for a conditional use permit per the <br /> terms of the Burnett County Land Use Code of Ordinances to construct a pavilion to be used for <br /> church activities in a residential zoning district on the parcel with address 7615 County Rd U, in <br /> the RR-1 zoning district, Lots 1 and 2, Block 16, Village of Yellow Lake, Section 20, T40N, <br /> R16W. <br /> Supervisor Chuck Anderson recused himself because he is on the church council. <br /> Mr. Chuck Brookshaw requested to construct a permanent structure to be able to hold services <br /> and church activities. Mr. Brookshaw mentioned the ladies of the church sometimes hold bake <br /> sales and was wondering if this would not be allowed per one of the listed conditions. <br />
