He encourages the committee to give the <br /> applicant favorable consideration. <br /> Mark Krause of Wagner Surveying stated he would submit a signed Certified Survey Map when <br /> it is completed. <br /> Public hearing closed. <br /> Supervisor Moyer stated the building is pretty nice and if they want to hold a wedding there, they <br /> should be able to hold a wedding. <br /> Chairman Conroy stated it can be used for a wedding but they have to be part of the <br /> congregation. He stated this would sunset if they would sell and a new owner would have to <br /> request a new CUP. <br /> Burnett County Staff Report Item — If considering approval then the following item(s) may be <br /> included in the motion; items 1-3 of the guidelines are from County staff: <br /> 1. Lock and chain to be installed on the septic tank by 5/l/2025. <br /> 2. Parcels to be combined with a Certified Survey Map by 8/l/2025. <br /> 3. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> Town of Oakland Conditions: <br /> 5. Pavilion construction for up to 105 persons max capacity. <br /> 6. Construction to ensure a minimum of 60' turnaround space between buildings for <br /> emergency service vehicles. <br /> 7. Utilized solely for Church Services and Church Members activities. <br /> Events/Activities by and/or for church/church members only, e.g., church <br /> picnics, member wedding receptions, anniversary or graduation parties, other <br /> miscellaneous, non-income generating events by and for church/church members <br /> only. <br /> 8. No commercial activity or operations that are not affiliated with the church. <br /> 9. Lighting/Security: Use Dark Sky lighting to direct light downward — to reduce <br /> light pollution. <br /> 10. Parcels to be combined as one parcel. <br /> 11. CUP terminates upon sale or transfer of the property. <br /> 12. Contingent upon completion of CSM approved and signed by Town Board. <br /> Motion to approve Conditional Use Permit #CUP-24-27 —Yellow Lake Lutheran Church and to <br /> include staff recommendations and Town of Oakland conditions, remove item #4 and change <br /> item #8 to no commercial activity or operations that are not affiliated with the church was made <br /> by Supervisor Laqua Anderson, seconded by Supervisor Shimanski.
