<br /> CALL TO ORDER Chairman Conroy called the meeting of the Land Use and Information
<br /> Committee to order at 9:00 a.m. in Room 165 of the Burnett County Government Center.
<br /> NOTICE POSTED IN ACCORDANCE TO WIS. STAT. 19.84 OPEN MEETINGS LAW
<br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS -THREE MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER PERSON There were none.
<br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA ORDER Motion to approve the agenda order was made by
<br /> Supervisor Karen Laqua Anderson, seconded by Supervisor Chuck Anderson. Motion carried,
<br /> voice vote.
<br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE MARCH 4, 2025, MEETING Motion to approve the
<br /> minutes of the March 4, 2025, meeting was made by Supervisor Blomberg, seconded by
<br /> Supervisor Shimanski. Upon further discussion, wordsmithing edits were made in the committee
<br /> conditions for CUP-25-04, #9, #10, #13, #15 and #16 shown in parentheses, that did not change
<br /> the context of the minutes, but clarified the intent. Motion to approve the original motion with
<br /> edits was made by Supervisor Chuck Anderson, seconded by Supervisor Shimanski. Motion
<br /> carried, voice vote.
<br /> DECISION ON VARIANCE #VAR-25-01: PEPER — TO CREATE TWO
<br /> SUBSTANDARD LOTS IN RR-1 RESIDENTIAL-RECREATION DISTRICT Chairman
<br /> Conroy explained they postponed this decision at the last meeting until they received guidance
<br /> from Corporation Counsel, Stephanie Thomas-Schmidt . Committee discussion ensued.
<br /> Motion to deny Variance#VAR-25-01 —Peper was made by Supervisor Karen Laqua Anderson,
<br /> seconded by Supervisor Conroy. Roll call vote: Supervisor Tucker, no; Supervisor Moyer, no;
<br /> Supervisor Shimanski, no; Supervisor Blomberg, no; Supervisor Chuck Anderson, no;
<br /> Supervisor Karen Laqua Anderson, yes; Chairman Conroy, yes. Yes, 2; no, 5; absent, 0. Motion
<br /> denied, roll call vote. Motion to approve Variance #VAR-25-01 was made by Supervisor
