Zoning change requested by Tom <br /> Steele. <br /> Details of the proposed revision are available at the Burnett County Land Services Department, <br /> the Burnett County Clerk's Office, and on the Burnett County website at <br /> http://bumettcountyEi.gov/1 108/Zoning-Divisioii. <br /> Tom Steele stated he has a 20-acre lot and has requested to split it into four five-acre lots so he <br /> can give one to each of his children. He stated Peterson Road would run right past the four lots. <br /> There is a cabin on one of the lots and if he wants to sell it, it would sell with five acres. <br /> Public hearing open. <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> Public hearing closed. <br /> Mr. Towne reported the Town of Sand Lake responded by stating the comprehensive plan limits <br /> support for subdivisions and advocates for keeping lot sizes larger than 2.5 acres. <br /> Committee discussion ensued. <br /> Burnett County Staff Report Item — If considering approval then the following item(s) may be <br /> included in the motion; these are part of the guidelines from the staff: <br /> 1. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> 2.
