As mitigation for permit issuance, a <br /> shoreline vegetation buffer restoration was required. This restoration plan was provided <br /> by the Burnett County Land and Water Conservation Department and required <br /> completion by July 1, 2013. <br /> Recent inspection has found this restoration has yet to be completed and that a request to <br /> extend the completion date to July 1, 2014 asked for. <br /> This request for a completion date of July 1, 2014 will be granted. No additional <br /> extensions can be granted.
