This would seem to <br /> indicate the deck setback to the ordinary high water mark is grandfathered in. <br /> Given the timeframe and letter, I think we have to consider this deck grand- <br /> fathered and issue the permit. <br /> If a permit is secured for the addition and the forfeiture paid, we will <br /> consider the case closed. <br /> JF:sm <br />
