EASEMENT <br /> In consideration for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the <br /> undersigned Alan A. Anderson and Judy Anderson, husband and wife, their successors, <br /> representatives, agents, heirs and assigns ("Grantors"), and Theodore C. Grantors hereby grant, bargain and convey unto Grantees a ten (10) <br /> foot wide easement for ingress and egress over Lot 1, Burnett County Certified Survey <br /> Map No. 3613, recorded in Volume 18, pages 89-90 located in Government Lot 1, <br /> Section 28, Township 38 North, Range 17 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Town <br /> of Daniels, Burnett County, Wisconsin; the centerline of which is described as follows: <br /> Commencing at a 1%< inch iron pipe monument at the Southernmost Corner of Lot <br /> 4, Burnett County Certified Survey Map,recorded in Volume 1, page 174; <br /> thence N89°53'09"E, 25.00 feet to the centerline of an existing private road and <br /> Point of Beginning of the centerline of the 10 foot wide easement herein defined; <br /> thence along the centerline of the existing private road and centerline of the 10 <br /> foot wide easement, S58°33'12"W, 15.02 feet; <br /> thence 24.84 feet along the arc of a curve, that is concave to the north, with a <br /> radius of 20.68 feet, a central angle of 68°49'24", and a chord bearing <br /> N87°02'06"W for 23.37 feet; <br /> thence N52°37'24"W, 81.62 feet; <br /> thence 22.98 feet along the arc of a curve, that is concave to the east, with a radius <br /> of 19.60 feet, a central angle of 6710'41", and a chord bearing N 19°02'04"W for <br /> 21.69 feet to the Point of Termination of said easement on the Lot Line common <br /> to said Lots 1 and 4 located N52°37'24"W, 104.56 feet from the 1'/< inch iron <br /> pipe monument referenced at the Point of Commencement of this description. <br /> Parcel ID#: 07-006-2-38-17-28-5 05-001-018000 <br /> (Hereafter"Grantors' Road"). This easement is for the benefit of: <br /> Lot Four (4) of Certified Survey Map No. 171, Volume 1, Page 174, Document <br /> No. 156499, as recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Burnett County, <br /> Wisconsin, and being located in Government Lot One (1), Section Twenty-eight <br /> (28), Township Thirty-eight (38) North, Range Seventeen (17) West, Burnett <br /> County, Wisconsin. <br /> Parcel ID#: 07-006-2-38-17-28-5 05-001-016000 <br /> (Hereafter"Grantees' Property"). <br /> 2. Limited Purpose. The easement shall be only for the limited purpose of access, ingress, <br /> and egress to and from Grantees' Property. Grantees shall not have the right to stop on, <br /> park on, block, or impair access to or across Grantors' Road.
