STAT. 19.84 OPEN MEETING LAW <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS Chairman Miller explained public comments on public hearing agenda <br /> items will be heard at the time the item is discussed by the committee. Comments on other <br /> agenda items will be heard now. No public comments in general were made. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA ORDER Motion to approve the agenda order was made by <br /> Supervisor Richard, seconded by Supervisor Burmeister. Motion carried, voice vole. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JANUARY 7, 2014, MEETING Motion to approve the <br /> minutes of the January 7, 2014, meeting was made by Supervisor Blomberg, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Gronski. On page 5, delete the first sentence under the heading "Northwest Regional <br /> Planning Commission (NWRPC) — Ordinance Review Update". Motion carried with change, <br /> voice vote. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING Zoning Administrator Jim Flanigan read the Notice of Public Hearing as <br /> published in the Burnett County Sentinel on February 12 and 19, 2014. <br /> BURNETT COUNTY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE <br /> SUBDIVISION VARIANCE #VAR-14-01 <br /> Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Swiss, Burnett County, Wisconsin, <br /> that Glen Schaaf has made application to vary the terms of the Burnett County Subdivision <br /> Ordinance as follows: To create a lot with less than 1.5 acre minimum lot area in the RR-2 <br /> zoning district, located at 4648/4654 Lake 26 Road, in Government Lot 2, Section 22, T41N <br /> R15W. <br /> Each committee member had the petition for subdivision variance application details. <br /> Mr. Flanigan reviewed ordinance and application information. <br />
