Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> BURNETT COUNTY PRIVATE SEWAGE SYSTEM ORDINANCE <br /> SANITARY ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENTS #TXT-14-01 <br /> Public notice is hereby given to all persons in Burnett County, Wisconsin, that the Burnett <br /> County Land Use and Information Committee is proposing to amend the Burnett County Code of <br /> Ordinances Chapter 70 Utilities Article 11. Sanitary Sewer System by making changes in <br /> compliance with replacement of all Dept. of"Comm." terms throughout the ordinance to reflect <br /> updated Dept. of "SPS" statutory references and amendments to Sec.70-47(d) & (e); Sec. 70- <br /> 74(c); Sec. 70-148(b) and Sec. 70-149(d). <br /> Complete copies of the proposed amendments are available at the Burnett County Land <br /> Use/Zoning Office and on the Burnett County website. <br /> Assistant Administrator Craig Dantoine reviewed the text amendment changes. <br /> Public hearing opened. <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> Public hearing closed. <br /> Motion to recommend approval of Sanitary Ordinance Text Amendments #TXT-14-01 was <br /> made by Supervisor Awe, seconded by Supervisor Richard. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> ONE YEAR REVIEW ON CONDITIONAL PERMIT #1337 - STEVEN JOHNSON: <br /> HOME OCCUPATION FIRE TRUCK PUMP TESTING Mr. Flanigan advised the <br /> conditional permit was approved February 5, 2013, with the condition of a review in one year; no <br /> complaints have been received. Motion to approve continuation of Conditional Permit #1337 <br /> with no additional conditions was made by Supervisor Gronski, seconded by Supervisor <br /> Burmeister. Motion carried, voice vote. <br />
