As you know, I completed an inspection of your property on July <br /> 17,2015. <br /> The following violations where listed in a letter from the Bumett County Zoning Administration <br /> dated May 12,2015. <br /> • Building a retaining wall within the shoreline buffer zone [note: a portion of the wall <br /> extends to beyond the buffer zone,but within the setback zone for structures.] <br /> • Removal of shoreline cover in the buffer zone in excess of 30 foot wide view corridor <br /> • Shoreline grading within the buffer zone <br /> • Filling/grading in excess of 2000 square feet within 300 feet of the water. <br /> Shoreland vegetation, wall removal and grading restoration requirements are described in the <br /> attached narrative. A Shoreline Buffer Restoration Diagram is also included in this mailing. The <br /> restoration must be completed by September 30, 2015. <br /> I am available to answer questions as you complete your restoration.Note that we conduct <br /> inspections to ensure that requirements for restoration are completed.
