Code,if any part of a POWTS requires servicing or maintenance at an <br /> interval of 12 months or less, a notice of the need for such servicing or maintenance must be recorded with the <br /> deed for the property. If the maintenance or service notice has not been recorded,a sanitary permit can not be <br /> issued by the sanitary permit issuing agent. <br /> • Comm 83.02.
