BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION
BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER
7410 COUNTY ROAD K,#102 PHONE(715)349-2138
SIREN,WISCONSIN 54872
October 12, 2004
Comp. #028-4120-05-400
2806 Oak Lake Road
Jay and Rebecca Reiling
7 Evergreen Road
North Oaks, MN 55127
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Reiling:
Your shoreline buffer zone restoration project was inspected on Octoberl1, 2004. Your
restoration was found to be in compliance with the plan and has been completed.
Shrubs and trees are planted according to the restoration plan. View corridor was
recently seeded.
Keep in mind that maintaining a no-mow area as indicated on the site plan is a
requirement of the restoration. The property will be inspected again to check the no-mow
area and the success of the seeding.
Thank you for your cooperation with the restoration. Burnett County's goal is to
preserve and maintain our natural water resources. This near shore vegetative buffer is
extremely important to our waters for natural scenic beauty and water quality.
Once again thank you for your cooperation and help in preserving and protecting our
water resources for present and future generations.
Sincerely,
Jim Flanigan
Zoning Administrator
JF:sm
cc: Land Conservation Department
