A, Webster, Wise./ Sand Lake <br /> Dear "M.B"/ Zoning Office Staff: <br /> Thank you for sending the Shoreline Restoration Agreement. <br /> We are sending the form by Priority Mail to expedite this processe. We <br /> are also mailing a $10.00, check for its filing and a $50.00, check for the <br /> addition permit as requested in your notes. <br /> The date on the form is confusing to us, as we were told that we would <br /> have plenty of time to comply with and to complete the project once the <br /> permit is issued. The project's permit lasts for a year. Is the 4'2001" a <br /> typo? The large concrete patio in front of our home has been removed <br /> and the home itself is being moved back to comply with the OHWM part <br /> of the ruling. The old foundation area has to be filled in. This portion of <br /> the 30'view corridor will need to be sodded. Scott Smith has worked <br /> with Mr. Flanigan on these initial portions of the project to comply with <br /> the zoning board's requirements. <br /> We will not arrive in Wisconsin until the 1't week in June -- which would <br /> leave us only a few weeks to complete this planting restoration. We will <br /> need to find a local landscaper to help with the native plant selection and <br /> purchase. We will be there until the end of July, and plan to have all <br /> planting done before we have to leave.
