MAR-,27-2001 07 :43 PM TIM. ERIGK5QN 520 341 1160 P. 01
Memorandum
To: Mr. James Flanigan—Zoning Office #102
From: Timothy Erickson/ Sherry Bakken
Date: 03/27/01
Re: Addition to 3863 County Rd. A
We are faxing you a copy of the Nonconforming Structure Removal
form that has been mailed to you. We had also enclosed a hard copy
of our prior letter and two drawings that were faxed last week, in
case the fax was not clear. We spoke with Scott Smith tonight and
he said you did receive it and have resolved the issue.
Our only concern now is that we did not receive any document about
the buffer zone restoration, which your letter requested us to
"complete". Please send this agreement if it is ready for our
signature, so that we can return it to you. We did receive a septic
system evaluation form and forwarded that to Wade Rufsholm, who
has gotten the permit for the new holding tank system.
Please let us know if there is anything else needed at this time. We
have made every effort to adhere to the rules and to communicate
clearly, though long distance is a challenge. Scott Smith at Tice
Construction is doing all coordination of the project and is great to
work with; so you can call him too, if he is easier to reach.
Thanks for your help. Scott says the snow is going and warmth is on
the wayl
1
