Modifications may be possible within the <br /> buffer restoration requirements. <br /> The zoning office requires an agreement that specifies that your shoreline will be restored <br /> and maintained according to this restoration plan. The agreement must be signed, <br /> notarized, and registered in order to receive the land use permit for the addition to your <br /> cabin. Plantings must be completed by July 31, 2000. The Burnett County Register of <br /> Deed's address is the same as above, except that the room number is 103. The telephone <br /> number is 715-349-2183. There is a $12 fee to register a two-page agreement. <br /> After the buffer is established, you are eligible to register an additional covenant that will <br /> qualify you to receive an enrollment payment and annual tax credit through the Burnett <br /> County Shoreline Incentives Program.
