The bar was not established at this time but was
referenced in the application.
June 9th, 1994: Sanitary permit (17785) issued for the bar. System sized for 962 Gallons per day
conventional system. System installed June 14th, 1994. It had a grease interceptor. Sized for:
58 bar stools @ 9 gal/day each (paper service) = 522 gal
2 employees @ 20 gal/day each = 40 gal
2 floor drains @ 50 gal/day each = 100 gal
20 showers @ 15 gal/day each = 300 gal
Total = 962 gal/day
May 31St, 1995: Sanitary permit (18581) issued for the dump station behind the sign by highway 35. It
was sized at 500 gallons per da to serve the 50 campers. It appears it was installed almost two years
later on April 17th, 1997. There was a note in the app kation that stated if no shower and toilet facilities
were present the sites were to be sized at "50" gallons per day/campsite.
September 7th, 1995: Waltzing was issued a LUP (18962) for a walk-in cooler/storage area (12x22) to go
out the north side of the bar by the grease interceptor. It was conditioned that it remains at least 5 feet
from the septic tanks.
August 6th, 1999: Waltzing was issued a LUP (22990) for a pole building on the golf course lot next to his
home. This structure was permitted at 30x45.
July 31St, 2000: Waltzing was issued a LUP (24242) for another pole building sized 30x54. This building
was constructed towards the back of the campground.
November 18th, 2002: Waltzing was issued sanitary permit (27094) as a revision to the bar sewer. They
proposed an addition to the bar that would go over the existing septic tank. The revision was to move
this septic tank away from being under the building. No inspection sheet is found.
February 20, 2003: Waltzing received LUP (27314) to expand the bar by 2436 on the North side and
8x30 on the East side respectively. They petitioned to the state for a variance to build the addition at
one foot from the existing drain field. This variance was granted and construction commenced. They
stated in a letter that no seating amounts would change per this addition just free up space. Conditions
for the approval included the drainfield to be fenced off, seating capacity shall not change and rain
