Supervisor Bohn reported the Land Use Zoning Committee recommends Petition 2003- <br /> 09 be approved. A motion was made by Supervisor Mar and seconded by Supervisor Lund to <br /> approve Petition 2003-09. Motion carried. <br /> PETITION FOR ZONING AMENDMENT 2003-10 (Bruce and Kathleen Java)The petition <br /> of Bruce and Kathleen Java requested to rezone 10 acres located in the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4, <br /> Section 24, T37N R18W, Town of Trade Lake, from A (Exclusive Agricultural) to A-2 <br /> (Agricultural-Residential with a minimum lot area of 10 acres) zoning district. Supervisor Bohn <br /> reported the Land Use Zoning Committee recommends Petition#2003-10 be tabled (postponed). <br /> A motion was made by Supervisor Byrne and seconded by Supervisor Lund to postpone action <br /> on Petition for Zoning Amendment 2003-10. Motion carried. <br /> PETITION FOR ZONING AMENDMENT 2003-11 (Duane Jenson) The petition of Duane <br /> Jenson requested to rezone 18 acres located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 28, T37N <br /> R18W, Town of Trade Lake, from A-2 (Agricultural-Residential with a minimum lot area of 10 <br /> acres) to RR-3 (Residential-Recreation with a minimum lot area of 5 acres) zoning district. <br /> Supervisor Bohn reported the Land Use Zoning Committee recommends Petition #2003-11 be <br /> approved. A motion was made by Supervisor Poretti and seconded by Supervisor Lund to <br /> approve Petition#2003-11. Motion by Supervisor Miller, second by <br /> Supervisor Charles Peterson,to approve Petition#2003-12. Motion carried. <br /> PETITION FOR ZONING AMENDMENT 2003-13 (Rick Atkinson) The petition of Rick <br /> Atkinson requested to rezone 40 acres located in Government Lot 10, Section 6, T38N R14W, <br /> Town of Dewey, from A (Exclusive Agricultural) to A-2 (Agricultural-Residential with a <br /> minimum lot area of 10 acres) zoning district. Supervisor Bohn reported the Land Use Zoning <br /> Committee recommends Petition #2003-13 be tabled (postponed). Motion by Supervisor Briggs, <br /> second by Supervisor Chell,to postpone action on Petition#2003-13.
