Emma Kolander requested to rezone approximately 24 acres located in Government Lots 2 and 3, Section 22, T38N R17W, Town of Daniels, A-2 (Agricultural-Residential with a minimum lot area of 10 acres) to RR-3 (Residential-Recreation with a minimum lot area of 5 acres) zoning district. Supervisor Bohn reported the Land Use Zoning Committee recommends Petition 2003- 09 be approved. A motion was made by Supervisor Mar and seconded by Supervisor Lund to approve Petition 2003-09. Motion carried. PETITION FOR ZONING AMENDMENT 2003-10 (Bruce and Kathleen Java)The petition of Bruce and Kathleen Java requested to rezone 10 acres located in the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4, Section 24, T37N R18W, Town of Trade Lake, from A (Exclusive Agricultural) to A-2 (Agricultural-Residential with a minimum lot area of 10 acres) zoning district. Supervisor Bohn reported the Land Use Zoning Committee recommends Petition#2003-10 be tabled (postponed). A motion was made by Supervisor Byrne and seconded by Supervisor Lund to postpone action on Petition for Zoning Amendment 2003-10. Motion carried. PETITION FOR ZONING AMENDMENT 2003-11 (Duane Jenson) The petition of Duane Jenson requested to rezone 18 acres located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 28, T37N R18W, Town of Trade Lake, from A-2 (Agricultural-Residential with a minimum lot area of 10 acres) to RR-3 (Residential-Recreation with a minimum lot area of 5 acres) zoning district. Supervisor Bohn reported the Land Use Zoning Committee recommends Petition #2003-11 be approved. A motion was made by Supervisor Poretti and seconded by Supervisor Lund to approve Petition#2003-11. Motion carried. PETITION FOR ZONING AMENDMENT 2003-12 (Mark Lacek) The petition of Mark Lacek requested to rezone 40 acres located in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and 40 acres located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 21, T40N R16W, Town of Oakland, from A-2 (Agricultural- Residential) to F-1 (Forestry) zoning district. Supervisor Bohn reported the Land Use Zoning Committee recommends Petition#2003-12 be approved. Motion by Supervisor Miller, second by Supervisor Charles Peterson,to approve Petition#2003-12. Motion carried. PETITION FOR ZONING AMENDMENT 2003-13 (Rick Atkinson) The petition of Rick Atkinson requested to rezone 40 acres located in Government Lot 10, Section 6, T38N R14W, Town of Dewey, from A (Exclusive Agricultural) to A-2 (Agricultural-Residential with a minimum lot area of 10 acres) zoning district. Supervisor Bohn reported the Land Use Zoning Committee recommends Petition #2003-13 be tabled (postponed). Motion by Supervisor Briggs, second by Supervisor Chell,to postpone action on Petition#2003-13. Motion carried. RECESS FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN Chairman Daniels called a recess of the Board of Supervisors meeting for the purpose of a public hearing in accordance with Burnett County's Citizen Participation Plan. John Stroschine, Northwest Regional Planning Commission, conducted the public hearing in regards to the Wisconsin Community Development Block Grant Economic Development (CDBG-PFED) Program, Grant Contracts #ED FY96-0345 (Ultra Tool Company), #ED FY97- 5
