• September 2811, 2017 — Issues with sanitary system not resolved. Staff did a site visit to the <br />property to assess the condition of the sanitary systems. It was apparent that the end caps on the <br />mound system were not installed, but the pump was removed from the tank, and two metal <br />screws were added to secure the holding tank lid to the tank itself. <br />• November 14th, 2017 — Still no sanitary permit applied for to correct the sanitary system issues at <br />7415 County Rd D. Staff made another site visit to verify sanitary conditions. Staff knocked on the <br />door to talk to the renters of the property. DB asked about the status of the holding tank. The <br />renters stated that someone had been out earlier that day "In a grey truck" to pump out the <br />holding tank. Upon inspection of the holding tank, the pump was again installed inside the <br />holding tank, and lock screws had been removed. The caps were installed on the sanitary mound <br />system laterals. <br />• November 15th, 2017 — A second citation and letter were sent to the Ericksons for the <br />reinstallation of this pump, and failure to bring the holding tank up to code. A new deadline of <br />12/15/17 was given to resolve these issues. <br />• November 27th 2017 — Wade Rufsholm applied for a sanitary permit to install a new mound <br />system for the property at 7415 County Rd D. <br />• December 5th, 2017 — New Mound Sanitary System was installed by Wade and inspected by DB, <br />thus bringing the system into compliance. <br />
