CUP -18-18: Triple J Boat & RV Storage September 24, 2018 <br />Possible items to resolve/address: <br />- Other concerns brought before the committee from other parties (neighbors, public, Town of <br />Sand Lake, state agencies, other county departments, etc). <br />Correspondence (written) received as of report compilation: <br />- None. <br />Staff concerns: <br />- Will need a site address. <br />- Items for sale should be kept at least 10 ft from the road right-of-way and 10 ft from the side lot <br />lines. <br />- Only items allowed outside should be the items for sale, prior CUP's for other mini -storage <br />facilities have had the requirement of no outside storage, to keep the storage facility tidily. <br />If considering approval then the following items may want to be included in the motion: <br />1- Need to apply for a site address within 30 days of this approval. <br />2- Items for sale shall be kept at least 10 ft from the road right-of-way and 10 ft from the side lot <br />lines. <br />3- All items on the parcels for "storage purposes" shall be stored inside the building. Only items <br />allowed outside are the items for sale, which must also be related to the businesses (boat/ry <br />storage, lawn care, and dock care). <br />4- Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
