If they are going to have hiking events, and/or organized <br />trail walking at the property, it may be that a permit would be necessary. However, not <br />merely having your property open so that people can walk it, I do not believe, would <br />require a permit. <br />Therefore, in summary, I do believe that the permit would be necessary if they are going <br />to hold events such as weddings, funerals and those types of organized ceremonies. <br />Please let me know if you need anything further regarding this matter. <br />DLG/st7 <br />
