Babel of 4618 Parkridge Drive, <br />Eagan, MN 55213. <br />As I indicated in our previous telephone conversation, Mr. Babel has constructed <br />an addition to his cabin in Burnett County in violation of our Land Use Ordinance. <br />Mr. Babel has been issued a previous citation and has been sent two other notices <br />Of violation, but still refuses to comply to our requirements. <br />Mr. Babel was sent this second citation by certified mail, but refused to accept <br />it and has been unwilling to cooperate or communicate with us. <br />I would greatly appreciate your department's assistance in my request to have <br />this citation served to Mr. Babel.
