BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION
BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER
7410 COUNTY ROAD K, #102
SIREN, WISCONSIN 54872
FINAL OF LAND -USE VIOLATION
PHONE (715) 349-2138
FAX (715) 349-2166
December 7, 2015
Scott, Trent, Troy, and Michael Blazek (G9g
2395 Timberlea Drive
Woodbury, MN 55125 A '
To Whom it May Concern,
We have received no recent correspondence pertaining to your violations at your property
at 8651 Grover Point Road, Danbury, WI 54830. As a reminder of what was previously
stated they read as follows:
1. Construction of a structure within the 75' ordinary high water mark setback. This
structure appears to be a portable fish house/shed. This structure is not and could
not be permitted and you were to remove said structure by 7/15/2015. The
footings must also be removed.
2. The construction of a stairway to the lake with no permit obtained. You were to
obtain a permit for stairs to the lake and pay a fee totaling three times the normal
cost per violation by 7/15/2015.
3. Unacceptable use of a permitted privy. A privy is not to have any running water
including but not limited to, sinks, flush toilets, showers, or tubs. This plumbing
was to be removed by no later than 7/15/2015. You may retain such features with
a holding tank installed by a licensed plumber.
4. The construction of a porch without a permit. This structure needed a permit to be
kept and it was to cost three times the normal fee as well per violation, by no later
than 7/15/2015. However, since you will need to pull a dwelling permit anyway,
the dwelling permit may cover the porch.
5. It would appear that you are using a permitted bunkhouse in unacceptable ways.
Living quarters of a accessory structure bunkhouse must not exceed 500 square
feet OR 50% of the floor area, whichever is more limiting. The only way to
permit this building as it stands is to pull a dwelling permit totaling three times
the normal fee.
All of these issues need to be fully resolved by no later than 1/15/2016.
Shane Buchholz, Zoning and POWTS Specialist
