Email to the Blazeks on 2/3/2016 SB
As discussed, February 26', 2016 is the last extension that we can give to get these permits in order. If you
can get all of the following permits in order by then, we will accept double fees, and we will not need to
issue any citations:
1. Dwelling permit totaling 600 dollars
2. Stair permit totallying 250 dollars
3. Sanitary permit pulled by a master plumber; see attached list
As for the flush privy, we will condition on your dwelling permit that all the plumbing fixtures such as
toilets, sinks, or showers be removed from the structure to keep it as a shed. Also, you had mentioned the
shed by the lake had been moved. This needs to stay in a conforming location and we will verify this.
Please fill out the attached land use application for stairs, and single family dwelling. Include a plot plan
showing the location of the buildings. Include a floor plan of the house in a complete state. I cannot issue
the dwelling permit until a sanitary permit has been obtained. This does not mean the system needs to be in
the ground. It is paperwork done by a master plumber that I believe can be done in this timeframe.
Again, thank you for getting a hold of us to work this out. We try to be as helpful as possible through these
ordeals, but people need to be willing and able to work with us.
Shane Buchholz
All permits obtained 3/1/2016 SB
