CP'1
SEAL op
z'
c0U4
June 20, 2019
Duane and John Otis
23387 Cranberry Marsh Rd
Shell Lake, WI 54871
Dear Property Owners,
Burnett County Land Services Department
Burnett County Government Center
7410 COUNTY ROAD K, #120
SIREN, WISCONSIN 54872
PHONE (715) 349-2109
I reviewed your land use permit application and did a site visit, there are some issues we need
to resolve before I can issue the permit.
1- We need a set of house plans, showing number of bedrooms and height.
2- There is a pit which has many items disposed of improperly. This was referred to the WI
DNR and you should receive correspondence from them as well. We will need written
verification from the DNR that this dump site is rem ediated/corrected. Some of the
items seen disposed of in the pit were; tv, tires, electronics, plastics and metals.
I will hold the permit and the $300 check until we hear back from you when these items are
corrected.
If you have questions feel free to contact our department at any time. Our office hours are
Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:30.
Sincerely,
Jason Towne
Zoning Administrator
