Towne, Jason <br />From: Germer, Robert J - DNR <Robert.Germer@wisconsin.gov> <br />Sent: Monday, July 08, 2019 10:20 AM <br />To: Towne, Jason <br />Cc: LeFebvre, Daniel; Kornmann, Michael; Gabrielson, Dustin R - DNR <br />Subject: RE: 24955 Leghorn Dr, Siren <br />Attachments: Message from "NRNOSPCL10"; Message from "NRNOSPCL10"; Message from <br />"NRNOSPCL10"; Message from "NRNOSPCL10"; 20190708100243494.pdf <br />Good morning, <br />On July 2, 2019, Duane Otis stopped by the Spooner DNR Service Center and dropped off the following: <br />• A note signed by Nate at the Republic Services Midtown Road solid waste transfer station showing disposal of <br />solid waste from Duane Otis. <br />• A receipt from the same transfer station, dated July 2, 2019, showing disposal of 4 bags of garbage at that <br />facility, $20.00 disposal charge. <br />• Four set of photos taken by Otis, including photos of the waste removed and photos showing the pit after <br />cleanup. <br />On July 8, 2019, Duane Otis stopped by the Spooner DNR Service Center and dropped of a receipt from the Recycling <br />Control Commission in Spooner for one television for recycling. <br />Based upon my review of the before and after photographs, receipts and other documentation, and the several in <br />person and on the phone discussions I had with Duane, it appears he substantially cleaned up the solid waste from the <br />pit. <br />No further actions are being required at this time.
