Shortly after we <br /> last spoke, Jason at the zoning office told us the Minerva property was owned by the township. We proceeded <br /> to get permission from the township to have our dock there. Jason was at the meeting today and said after <br /> further review the township never completed the paperwork so its an"unclaimed"piece of land. We have also <br /> been told its been documented through the DNR as a public landing. It seems the bottom line is, nobody <br /> knows. We are calling Jason this afternoon to ask for a private meeting to get his thoughts on where to go from <br /> here.
