715-308-5206
Owner called in and will get a surveyor to try to convince FEMA they are not in a
floodplain on lake 26. He will get call back to decide whether or not he wants to use this
as a house this year and get rid of the camper or to keep considering it an accessory
structure. SB 7-6-15
Has conditional use permit for a camper. It stated present structures were a storage shed,
not a home. We will most likely allow him to keep the camper there until he starts using
the cabin for its intended use. We will most likely pursue an after the fact addition to
principal structure if FEMA allows it, and then ask him to remove the camper. I advised
him that running water to a camper with no sewer is illegal. 7/7/15 SB
House permit obtained with permit # LUP-15-443 issued on 10/26/15. Mark Krause
provided elevations showing the structure was higher than what FEMA mapped to.
Camper has been removed. SB 11/24/15
