(3) Pole building, garages and any other buildings necessary to <br /> the farm operation or permitted residential uses. <br /> (4) General farming, including dairying, livestock and poultry <br /> raising, nurseries, greenhouses, beekeeping, vegetable <br /> warehouses, seasonal sale of seed and fertilizer and other <br /> similar enterprises or uses, except fur farms and farms <br /> operated for the disposal or reduction of garbage, sewage, <br /> rubbish or offal; provided that no greenhouse or building <br /> for the housing of livestock or poultry shall be located <br /> within one hundred (100) feet of any boundary of a <br /> residential lot other than that of the owner or lessee of <br /> such greenhouse or building containing such livestock or <br /> poultry. Signs not to exceed thirty-two (32) square feet used <br /> exclusively to advertise sale of agricultural products <br /> produced on the premises, signs giving the name of the farm <br /> owner, and rural directory signs. <br /> (10) Public utility equipment such as telephone and electric power, <br /> transmission and distribution poles, towers, and lines, <br /> including transformers. <br /> (11) Farm ponds. <br /> (12) Logging shelters used for the purpose of temporarily storing <br /> logging equipment at the logging site or for the production <br /> of maple syrup. <br /> (13) For purposes of farm consolidation, farm residences or <br /> structures which existed prior to the adoption of the <br /> Ordinance may be separated from a larger farm parcel. <br /> - 11 - <br />
